Principal Message

Cicely Williams is the proud principal of Community Services K-12. With 20 years of experience as an HISD educator, Ms. Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our school. She previously served as an assistant principal at Scarborough High School, where she supported both the Special Education and Career and Technical Education Departments.

A proud product of HISD herself, Ms. Williams attended Brookline and Lovett Elementary schools, Tanglewood Middle School, and Madison High School. Her extensive experience spans all grade levels—elementary, middle, and high school—where she has excelled as a special education teacher, SPED and ESL department chairperson, and teacher/instructional specialist. Her career also includes impactful roles at Patrick Henry Middle School, Neff Elementary School, and Austin and Madison High schools.

Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Special Education from Prairie View A&M University and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston-Downtown.
